Real Spanish food from the heart of Andalucia.  Come and be inspired to use all manner of ingredients that you might otherwise ‘walk' past in the shops for fear of not knowing what to do with them.  This is a great course to get under the skin of truly great Spanish staples and learn how to enjoy them at their best.

You want wonderful food, we know where to find it.

** New for Spring 2007: Sweet Olive Jam – Unconventional-but-delicious on a croissant for breakfast, with cheese instead of chutney, or anywhere you like. It also makes a great glaze spread over chicken or ham before baking. It's made with just olives, sugar and lemon juice by Lola (who makes Tastes of Andalucía's Salmorejo and Spinach and Chickpeas) to the high standards we've come to expect.

** Look out for 2006 harvest Arrope Pedro Ximénez in its sleek new bottle. This luxurious syrup is made purely from the juice of Pedro Ximénez grapes. Add its unique raisiny sweetness to everything from dressings to ice creams. Those in the know put a splash in a glass of Cava for a fizz cocktail with pedigree.
